About product
Q.I want to know if the texture of the wax soap has changed.
Since wax soap is made from 100% natural ingredients, the texture may change depending on the temperature and storage conditions. Please be assured that there is no problem with the quality even if the texture changes.
If it hardens like a bavarois or melts, gently stir the contents and it will return to its original state.
Q. My skin oil is cloudy, but I want to know if it is okay.
Since skin oil is made from 100% naturally derived ingredients, the ingredients inside may solidify and precipitate depending on the temperature and storage conditions. Please be assured that there is no problem with the quality.
If it bothers you, wrap it in the palm of your hand to warm it and gently shake it to restore it to its original state.
Q. How should I store it?
Products with lids should be tightly closed after use and stored away from direct sunlight, hot and humid places. Since the main ingredient is naturally derived ingredients, it may discolor if exposed to sunlight for a long time, but there is no problem with the quality.
Q.Can it be used on areas other than the face?
Mainly on the face, it can also be used on the body and hair.
Q. I feel that there is a difference in color even for the same product.
All products developed by MAGNIFF are made mainly of naturally derived ingredients. Even with the same material, there may be differences in the aroma and color of the extracted oil, ingredients, and products made from them, depending on the season and environment in which they were grown, the time of collection, and the individual. There is no problem with the quality, so we hope you can use it with confidence.
Q. What are the ingredients of the fragrance?
All products developed by MAGNIFF do not use any synthetic fragrances, and those with scents are blended with 100% natural essential oils.
Q.I want to know the expiration date of the product.
Please use the opened product as soon as possible within half a year. If time passes after opening, the quality may deteriorate, so please refrain from using if you notice any change in the condition of the contents or smell. Please note that unopened products are designed to maintain their quality for at least 3 years from the date of manufacture, provided that they are stored away from high temperatures, direct sunlight, high humidity, and locations subject to rapid temperature changes. It does not mean that the product cannot be used immediately after 3 years have passed, so you can use it as long as the condition of the contents and the smell are the same as when you purchased it.
Q.I would like you to send me a product sample (free sample).
We are sorry, but we do not currently offer samples. In the future, when we are able to provide samples, or when we have prepared a place where you can come, we will inform you mainly on Instagram (@magniff.jp), so please check it out. I am happy.
Q.I want gift wrapping/I want a bag attached
The product is packed in a special box and then wrapped in bubble wrap. We are not currently accepting additional wrapping, but when it becomes available in the future, we will inform you mainly on Instagram (@magniff.jp), so please check it out.
Q.Can it be used for children and babies?
MAGNIFF aims to create products that can be used by men and women of all ages. Both “Skin Oil” and “Wax Soap” currently on sale are products with 100% naturally derived ingredients, and we strive to ensure that everyone can use them with peace of mind, but there may be cases where they do not suit your individual constitution. , If you are concerned, we recommend that you consult your family doctor before considering using it.
Q.Can it be used during pregnancy?
During pregnancy, the skin may become sensitive and unexpected skin problems may occur. In addition, some products use essential oils, so if you are concerned, we recommend that you consider using them after consulting with your family doctor.
Q. Do you use preservatives?
MAGNIFF does not use synthetic coloring / no synthetic fragrance / no paraben / no phenoxyethanol / no silicone / no mineral oil / no UV absorber / no petroleum surfactant / foaming No chemicals are used.
Q.Do you conduct animal testing? Do you serve vegans?
MAGNIFF does not conduct any animal testing. We do not use animal-derived ingredients in our manufacturing plants. In addition, the products developed by MAGNIFF are 100% naturally derived ingredients. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, including honey.
Q. What is the material of the container and how to dispose of it?
Regarding the disposal of containers after use, please check the container and packaging identification label and follow the rules of each local government.

Q.What is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of 550 yen including tax throughout Japan.
Q.What is the payment method?
Various credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Paypay, Rakuten Pay are available. Please select each payment method from the payment screen at the time of purchase.
*Depending on the payment type, it may take some time for the payment service to process the payment, and "Pending payment" may be displayed for a while after the order is confirmed.
*Bank transfers and cash on delivery cannot be used. Please note.
*When paying by credit card, payment will be charged to the credit card company when the product is ordered. Please check with your credit card company as the payment deadline will vary depending on the closing date of your credit card and contract details.
Q. What is the remittance process if I place more than one order in one day?
If you place multiple orders, shipping will be charged for each order. note that.
Q. I put it in the cart, but it was displayed as out of stock during the purchase procedure.
The cart does not have a function to keep items. Therefore, even if the product is displayed, if the purchase procedure has not been completed, it may be out of stock if another customer purchases it. Please note.
Q.I want to check the details of my order.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have registered an account at the store, please check your order history from your account screen after logging in.
Q.Is there a limit to the number of purchases?

Q. Consumption tax
All notations on our online store include tax. Please confirm the payment amount when ordering.
Q.I want you to issue a receipt.
You can download the receipt and statement of delivery by entering your name and order number from the URL in the shipping completion email sent to you after the product is shipped. Please use that.
Q. What about returns/refunds/exchanges?
Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason due to customer convenience. Returns, exchanges, and refunds due to product defects are only accepted if you contact us in advance using the inquiry form within 3 days after the product arrives. We will cover the shipping cost.
If you wish to return/refund/exchange a product due to a product defect, please contact us using the inquiry form before returning the product so that we can guide you through the procedure.
Even in the case of returns/refunds/exchanges due to initial defects/defects in the product, we cannot accept it in the following cases, so please check in advance.

●Return/refund/exchange
After contacting us from the inquiry form, we will refund the full amount by the method specified by us within 3 business days. Once you have returned the product and we have confirmed that it is defective, we will process the exchange or refund.
Q.Cancellation/addition of order contents
Orders that have already started shipping cannot be cancelled. Also, please note that if you place another order after placing your order, it will be shipped separately.

About delivery
Q.How many days from order to delivery?
Normally, products will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless a delivery date is specified. Pre-order items will be shipped sequentially from the product release date.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, long holidays (year-end and New Year holidays), and other days when the warehouse is not in operation will be shipped after the next business day.
Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, and delivery destination area, it may take more days to deliver.
Q. Is it possible to specify the delivery date and time?
You can specify the date and time after 3 business days from the order date.
Depending on the delivery area, we may not be able to meet your request even if you specify the date and time. Please note.
We are unable to specify the date and time for overseas shipments. Click here for standard delivery dates to each country.
Q.What is the shipping date if I order a pre-order item and a regular item together?
Only regular products will be shipped first, and reserved products will be shipped sequentially from the release date. Please note that the shipping fee will be charged separately for each item. (Please check the individual product pages for estimated shipping dates for reserved products.)
Q. I haven't received a shipping notification.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you cannot confirm the e-mail or it does not arrive, please contact us using the inquiry form . We will send you an email as soon as it is confirmed.
Q.What is the delivery company?
For domestic deliveries, all products will be delivered by Yamato Transport. Please contact us directly to specify how to receive the product after it has been shipped, change the date and time, etc.
For overseas delivery, Japan Post EMS will be used (specified date and time cannot be used).
Q.I want to know the delivery status
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with the tracking number for your package. During delivery, please check the delivery status using Yamato Transport's package inquiry system or the URL provided in the shipping completion notification email .
Q.I would like to send it as a gift, so please do not include a delivery note.
Thank you for your consideration of this gift. In our online store, from the perspective of environmental consideration, we do not include a delivery note in order to reduce the use of resources. We will send an email with the details of your order to the email address you entered.
Q.I want to divide the delivery address.
Only one delivery address can be specified for each order. If you would like to ship to multiple locations, please place a new order separately.
Q. I did not receive my order and it was returned, so I would like you to resend it.
Please note that we cannot resend items that have been returned without receipt.
Q.I want to change the delivery date and time of the product I ordered.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to change the delivery date after your order has been placed. After confirming the tracking number in the e-mail that will be sent to you after your order has been shipped, please follow the procedure for changing your order from the Yamato Transport website.
Q. I cannot confirm the delivery status even if I check the tracking number in the shipping completion notification email.
